Bridges Family Services was started by Ramona Passarello, has been in operation since 1995 and serves Nanaimo/Vancouver Mid-Island. Ramona's educational and professional background involves extensive communication and reporting skills. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria, and a family mediation certificate from the Justice Institute of BC. She has supported families with children and youth of diverse needs for many years and has specialized training in parenting education, counselling in a variety of areas, parent/teen mediation, crisis intervention, and navigating challenging behaviours.
